Guarantee and Deposit Policy
All reservations require an acceptable Credit Card with sufficient funds as guarantee of your reservation.

Cancellation/Modification Policy
The general CANCELLATION POLICY at The Pacific Crest Inn is 48 hours prior to arrival. Therefore should a reservation be cancelled after 2pm two days prior to the arrival date a cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation will apply. Once checked in, any amendments are subject to a full cancellation fee.
Kindly note that the Pacific Crest Inn Motel fully reserves its right to cancel a booking without cause and without specifying reasons.  If the Motel exercises this right, it will endeavor to do so as early as practicable prior to the guest’s arrival.
Any reduction of stay after check-in will be charged in full.

Check-in/Check-out times
Check-in time: from 14:00h
Check-out time: before 11:00h

No Show
No-Show-One night’s room charge plus VAT will be charged to the Credit Card.

Pet Policy
Animals/pets are not accepted

No Smoking-No Party Policy
$50 clearing fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking. The Motel enforces a strict NO PARTY policy and will not tolerate excessive noise!

 Damages
Liability for damages to the premises or any associated costs will be charged accordingly.

Limitation of liability
Pacific Crest Inn Motel assumes no responsibility for loss of money, valuables or contents left in the room or auto.

Occupancy
Room occupancy is limited to the number of guests listed.
